Get your child involved in sport today!

We offer a fun and interesting sports coaching programme that will develop your child’s agility, balance, co-ordination, confidence and social skills between the ages of 2 and 7. We’ll teach your child the basics of seven sports: hockey, badminton, cricket, basketball, tennis, football and rugby.

We chose these sports so that your child can learn a range of different types of skills, but will also develop transferable skills (e.g. striking a ball, catching, throwing, jumping, landing and stopping) which they can use effectively in other sports later in life.

It’s all about exploring for our 2 and 3 year olds…

For our youngest children, it’s all new. With support from parents we’ll introduce your child to new games, new activities and new sports. We focus on having fun and finish with a whole group parachute game at the end!

Building on the basics for our 3-5 year olds.

Our 3-5 year olds are developing more independence, they continue to develop agility, balance and co-ordination. Their activities are more sport-specific and we include a great mix of individual and team fun and games!

Developing skills for kids aged 5-7

Our 5-7 year olds build on what they have learned in our younger classes and have more opportunities to play and compete in teams, honing their agility, balance and co-ordination and developing sport-specific skills.
